If it isnt Lilac Sunday, it SHOULD be. These came from a local fruit and vegetable stand. I suspect one of the employees just trims their lilac hedge every year, and Im the beneficiary.

My father died 25 years ago, on Father's Day. If I were a betting woman.... Mother's Day is May 13th. It's all about the symmetry. And in this family, how can I amplify every moment?

This may be a little off-putting to others, but....since about three people in the entire universe see this blog, Ive decided to use it to work through issues and feelings by drawing them. So, that said, my mother is terminally ill. Will the orange juice expire before she does? More on that later, Im sure.
