Looks a lot different from when I painted this last... 1998? Lots of pesky school groups handling snakes and frogs. I like painting landscapes, I just dont like nature.

Welcome back my friend! Glad to see you are out in nature once more.... paintings on TCC to follow?? No pressure...just glad you are posting again!
Thank you, Maria. Yes, I've (re)joined Audubon, for the landscape, not the wildlife. And Im trekking around taking photos and doing quicky watercolors. I think Im "mature" (hahaha) enough a painter to do the translation into oils.
yes, can't wait to see what comes of this process--remember the swamp? Heavenly!
